I promised myself if I restarted this blog I'd post regularly but it ain't happening. The really real world has a habit of sticking its nose in a ruining the best of intentions. Well, the past week has been one of the weirdest in a while.We had our electricity cut off due to a clerical error and came home from music class to a cold, dark, cold , spooky & cold house! After what seemed an aion we got through to someone human in the electricity board and fingers crossed we’re to be reconnected today if not, due to the bank holiday it’ll be Wednesday
We had to sleep in Sue’s folks last night and during the night I got stung by a big bitch wasp. She got me right on the corner of the knee & I woke up howling. Now I’m normally pretty cool around wasps. I studied them in college entomology classes & had more than a few run ins with them when worked in a Jam factory but Sweet Baby Jesus it hurt and before I was fully aware of what I was doing I’d mashed the living bejayus out of it. So no power and a knee the size of a baby’s head if that old saw applies the third run in with little miss fortune is probably going to be the end of me!
